- The chair's simplicity and lightweight construction demand precise craftsmanship, especially since molded plywood is prone to warping. Achieving perfect alignment between the seat and support components requires meticulous attention. Given the chair's elongated and slender back and seat, it was crucial to develop the right plywood using the best material combination and thickness to ensure its strength and prevent warping.
