Andersen Armchair

The Andersen Collection of a chair, loveseat, various chaise, sofas and sectional pieces (see Tear Sheet) is designed for Minotti by Rodolfo Dordoni.  A beautiful collection that quickly rose to the top selling item for SMINK, it enjoys a balance of modern design combined with a classic quality.  The frame is one-piece sandwich wood surrounded with high-density polyurethane foam in different densities.  Armrests are covered on the inside with quilted goose down divided into sections, which results in enhanced softness, thereby making the armrests look like cushions.  The thick seat cushion padding has goose down divided into sections for increased cushion softness.  A resilient polyurethane foam insert is covered with "thermo-sensitive" polyurethane material making the seat comfortable for each individual.  Backrest cushions are fully padded with goose down divided into sections.  The base is fitted with a metal frame in a pewter colored finish.  Matching feet are die cast metal with an anti-touch finish.  These feet can withstand saline mist (sea salt) for approximatley 300 hours and are resilient to scratches, chemical substances, and UV rays.  Protective glides are made of Hytrel, a soft, scratch-proof rubber.  Removable fabric and leather covers on frame, seat and back cushions.  A SMINK showroom model.
