Designed by Piero Lissoni for Porro, Groove brings together the principles of simplicity, equilibrium and symmetry - the basics of all Japanese furnishings.  This solid wood bench has a Zen look where every element exerts a clear structural function.  The linearity of the design exalts the material used - Hemlock wood, a North American wood with incredibly clear veins, available in natural or black stained versions.
